Senior Organisational Design Manager
Location: London or Newbury +Hybrid working
Salary: Excellent basic salary plus bonus and Vodafone benefits
Hours: Full time 37.5 hours per week - Mon to Fri

Role Purpose;
Oversee and lead operating model and organisational design activities across Vodafone UK and with Vodafone Group to drive simplicity, growth and customer outcomes across Vodafone UK and Group entities where applicable.
What you'll do;
• Lead the delivery of large-scale strategic OD initiatives within the UK
• Set the OD priorities for across Vodafone UK, shape our OD strategy
• Deliver designs that span multiple functions across Vodafone UK
• Work closely with senior business leaders to develop designs that meet the needs of our business and our customers
• Partner closely with Group Organisation Design specialists to help design/influence global operating model design
• Work with HR teams to implement organisational changes across Vodafone UK
• Be the OD expert to support and coach business and HR colleagues
• Showcase and develop OD best practices in close collaboration with Vodafone Group
Who you are;
• Significant experience working on OD transformations in large, complex organisations
• Management consulting experience - strongly preferred
• M&A and enterprise wide OD experience - favourable
• Ability to have impact and influence senior stakeholders, working across the UK organisation but also with Group and other markets as necessary
• Ability to coach and work collaboratively with business and HR colleagues
• Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking - credibility in expertise
• Very strong presentation and communication skills - verbal and written. Ability to simplify complex data and concepts
• Highly competent with MS PowerPoint presentations and MS Excel data analysis
• CIPD or similar professional qualifications - favourable
