Senior Organisation Effectiveness Manager

What you'll do
- Collaborate with business leaders and HRBPs to shape and deliver strategic operating model changes that drive organisational effectiveness across Vodafone.
- Lead macro operating model design initiatives, identifying gaps in current structures and co-creating future state models with stakeholders.
- Ensure the successful implementation of organisational designs across Vodafone Group and local markets, aligning with our strategic priorities.
- Deliver transformation projects that simplify ways of working and enhance business impact.
- Design and embed best-in-class frameworks, tools, and guidelines to support organisation, operating model, and sourcing model reviews.
Who you are
- Skilled at creating impact and influence, confidently partnering with executive leaders across Group and local markets to align on key priorities.
- A collaborative coach, empowering HR and business teams to achieve shared goals.
- Recognised for strong analytical skills and strategic thinking, establishing credibility as a trusted expert.
- Exceptional communicator, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and adapt to diverse audiences.
- Experienced in organisational effectiveness, ideally within large, complex, and fast-paced environments.

- Discretionary yearly bonus: 20%
- Company car: company funded car of £580 per month + private fuel or cash alternative of £630
- per month.
- Annual leave: 28 days + bank holidays + the opportunity to buy/sell/carry over 5 days/year
- Charity days: 5 days/year
- Maternity/adoption leave: 52 weeks out of whichthe first 13 weeks are fully paid followed by 26 weeks of half pay and 6 months - working 4 days, getting paid 5
- Paternity leave: 16 weeks fully paid
- Private medical family plan: fully paid
- Private pension: You can contribute up to 5% of your basic pay with 2:1 matching from Vodafone up to 10%.
