We are looking for a Senior Operations Manager who will be responsible for supervising the Front of House team, ensuring the smooth running of all services delivered by them. About the Role: As our Senior Operations Manager (Front of House), you will be expected to co-ordinate the shift roster and be part of it. You will develop effective working relationships with others within Operations and across the firm. You will also be expected to regularly identify opportunities to improve the services delivered by the team, through exploring ideas with the team, the Senior Operations manager, customers and other relevant organisations. You will be customer focused, forward thinking and positive to any unplanned change requests.
You will be responsible for the coordination of key events, administering relevant event planning and meetings with event hosts face-to-face.Your responsibilities will include:
Reception Service
- Meet and greet clients and manage the visitors list
- Provide General support to meeting rooms
- Handle client and meeting host requests e.g. book taxis
- Arrange additional catering requirements
- Oversee clients' smooth departure from the building
Leadership and collaboration
- Act as the professional point of contact and representative for Operations and Front of House.•
- Develop effective working relationships within Operations and across the firm
- Identify opportunities for service improvement through team and customer feedback.
- Collaborate with the Senior Operations Manager and other relevant organizations.
- Managing the staff rosters, holiday and sickness records, development plans, and overtime as well as time in lieu.
What we need from you:
- Strong customer service skills and professional communication.
- Experience in managing a Reception/Front of house team and providing training.
- High level of organization and attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing demands.
- Proficiency in IT and administration.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to handle difficult situations diplomatically.
