Contract Type: Up to 12 month secondment

• Oversee daily operational activities to ensure On-Time Performance (OTP) while maintaining compliance with internal and external regulations.
• Foster a Health & Safety culture on-site and coordinate with the Safety team for audits and implementation plans.
• Utilize and monitor IT tools (AMS, GCA, Logics) to manage resources effectively, aligning with budgetary and productivity targets.
• Engage with Union representatives to promote collaboration between management and staff, facilitating operational goals.
• Drive continuous improvement by recording and managing KPIs, reviewing operational processes in accordance with CAA/IATA guidelines.
• Ensure effective communication with internal and external customers, and support initiatives to minimize flight delays and achieve commercial objectives.

• Proven track record in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to demonstrate experience in areas outlined in the key responsibilities of the role.
• Middle management experience
• Previous experience leading, developing and engaging a large team.
• Able to innovate in a fast-moving customer impacting environment
• Previous experience within the aviation sector would be an advantage but not essential.

SECURITY PROCESS TO WORK WITHIN AVIATION AND TRAVEL AT DHL

• Be able to provide five years address history
• Be able to provide five years reference history (employment/education/benefit claim/character)
• To obtain a full airside ID
