Job Description:
As the first Senior Operations Associate, you will be the Head of Operations' right hand, building the foundational systems for a team set to triple in size. You'll own end-to-end execution across People, Finance, and Legal, transitioning from manual workflows to scalable processes for this high-growth B2B SaaS leader.

What you will do:
- Execute and scale core People Operations including onboarding, payroll, HRIS management, and high-impact culture initiatives like quarterly offsites.
- Manage Finance and Legal workflows, overseeing AP/AR processes, budget tracking, contract coordination, and critical compliance projects like SOC 2.
- Act as a versatile internal operator, taking ownership of strategic special projects and ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations in Shoreditch.
The ideal candidate:
- 2-5 years of hands-on experience in operations, people ops, or finance within a fast-growing tech startup or scale-up environment.
- Proven track record of building and improving processes from scratch rather than just following existing playbooks in structured environments.
- Highly autonomous operator with the rigour to handle administrative details and the judgment to partner with senior leadership on strategic growth.
