Location: Warton – onsite
Salary: £47,683 – £52,426 depending on experience
What you’ll be doing:
- Liaising with our national and international customers to understand their operations and how they will use our future products and services
- Working with the wider Future Combat Air System team, national and international partners to define studies to quantify relevant measures of effectiveness
- Leading development teams devising methods and tools used in the conduct these studies
- Leading the analysis of study output and presenting the results to inform the development and design of our products and services
Your skills and experiences:
Essential:
- The ability to manage a small team on method development and/or study execution
- Stakeholder management abilities with experience working across functional areas
- Ability to apply critical thinking and take an analytical approach to complex problems
- Demonstrates excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly and concisely communicate complex ideas
- Hold a degree in a STEM subject or equivalent relevant experience

The FCAS Operational Analysis team:
This role involves conducting capability and effectiveness analyses in support of international aerospace research & technology, concept definition, product development and marketing as part of a multi-disciplinary STEM team.
