Essential criteria
- Dip COT or BSc (Hons) in OT
- HCPC registration
Desirable criteria
- Practice educators certificate
Experience
Essential criteria
- Experience working within an acute hospital environment
- Post graduate experience/ training in neurology, rehab and stroke
- Experience of supervision of staff or students.
- Experience of teaching/ training groups or individuals.
- Experience working as part of a MDT.
Desirable criteria
- Involvement in service improvement via project management or clinical audit.
- Experience working within the NHS
Knowledge

- Remain up to date with professional practice and new research.

- Excellent verbal and non verbal skills
- Ability to pass on skills / knowledge to others within formal and informal environments
