Person specification

Qualifications

Essential criteria

• Holds level3 Vocational qualification or able to demonstrate equivalent knowledge, skill and competency, in clinical health care
• Holds Functional Skills L1 maths and English, or educational equivalent
• Worked at B2 Nursing Assistant, or equivalent

Knowledge and Experience

Essential criteria

• Experience of working in a healthcare setting and undertaking a wide range of clinical commitments
• knowledge of infection control and safeguarding processes
• Experience of dealing with informal complaints, as appropriate

Desirable criteria

• Experience of working in more than one speciality within a healthcare environment

Skills

Essential criteria

• Good communication skills, both verbal and written
• Able to work as a team
• Able to work on own initiative
