Person specification
Qualifications
Essential criteria
- Holds level3 Vocational qualification or able to demonstrate equivalent knowledge, skill and competency, in clinical health care
- Holds Functional Skills L1 maths and English, or educational equivalent
- Worked at B2 Nursing Assistant, or equivalent
Knowledge and Experience
Essential criteria
- Experience of working in a healthcare setting and undertaking a wide range of clinical commitments
- knowledge of infection control and safeguarding processes
- Experience of dealing with informal complaints, as appropriate
Desirable criteria
- Experience of working in more than one speciality within a healthcare environment
Skills
Essential criteria
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written
- Able to work as a team
- Able to work on own initiative
