Qualifications

Essential criteria

• First Level nursing registration
• Graduate - health related studies or equivalent experience

Desirable criteria

• Management qualification.
• Qualified in speciality

Knoweldge Skiills Experience

Essential criteria

• Experience of managing complex situations and developing solutions which result in positive outcomes
• Evidence of professional leadership, leading to innovation in practice.
• Evidence of continuous professional development
• Evidence of managing complex communication across numerous stakeholders
• Evidence of working with external partners to deliver improved patient outcomes

Desirable criteria

• Patient flow experience

Applicant requirements

You must have appropriate UK professional registration.
