- Be able to perform risk assessments
- To be assertive
- Facilitate inter-professional learning
- Must have a good understanding of the Trust policies and procedures
- To have upto date knowledge in the agenda for Emergency Care and Access
- Be able to deal with complaints
- To undertake the role of the clinical shift coordinator
Desirable criteria
- Evidence of up to date mentor and preceptorship skill
- Evidence of link roles
- Experience in managing skill mix
- Experience in completing Fundamental audits
