Job Description:

We are currently seeking a seasoned and proficient Senior Network Engineer with CCNP certification to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining network infrastructures, coupled with a strong understanding of Cisco technologies.

Responsibilities:

Lead the design, implementation, and management of complex network architectures to meet business requirements and ensure high availability and performance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess network needs, provide technical expertise, and propose scalable solutions. Configure and troubleshoot routers, switches, firewalls, and other network devices to maintain optimal network operations. Implement and maintain network security measures, including access controls, VPNs, and firewalls, to safeguard against cybersecurity threats. Monitor network performance, analyze traffic patterns, and implement optimizations to enhance efficiency and reliability. Lead network upgrades and migrations, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations and adhering to change management processes. Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in network engineering to drive innovation and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. CCNP (Cisco Certified Network Professional) certification is required; CCIE (Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert) certification is a plus. Proven experience in designing, implementing, and managing enterprise-level network infrastructures. Thorough understanding of TCP/IP networking, routing protocols (e.g., BGP, OSPF), switching technologies, and network security principles. Proficiency in configuring and troubleshooting Cisco routers, switches, firewalls, and other network devices. Experience with network monitoring and management tools (e.g., SolarWinds, Cisco Prime). Strong knowledge of network protocols and standards (e.g., VLANs, VPNs, QoS). Excellent documentation and communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
