Contract Type: 12 Month Fixed Term

Working Hours: 37 Hours per Week

Worker Type: Hybrid Worker

Salary: Starting Salary is £36,363 (Level 1) rising to £39,152 (level 4) - 'pro rata'd for part-time'

Location: Clocktower, Eastcroft Depot. 1 Day per week in office.

Are you ready to be a game-changer in the energy sector? Join the Midlands Net Zero team at Nottingham City Council and join the Heat Training Grant team. You'll have the opportunity to:

  • Bring your knowledge of Net Zero to Midlands-based training organisations in the public, private, and community sectors as they deliver training programmes.
  • Be at the heart of the Heat Training Grant project gathering feedback and information from stakeholders across the across the country.
  • Be an integral part of the Midlands Net Zero Hub, working between our Training Partners and liaising with the Department of Energy Security and Net Zero.

We're looking for an innovative and driven candidate like you, with:

  • Knowledge of Heat Networks or Heat Pumps and their applications.
  • Project management experience, ideally in delivering Training Scheme or Net Zero projects.
  • Ability to collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders from multiple organisations.
  • Strong technical and analytical skills.
