Our Scottish Residential Sales team is looking to recruit a Senior Negotiator or Associate Director to join our highly successful Edinburgh sales team. This is a key role in maintaining and expanding our strong market share in this prime market.
We are the world's leading independent international property consultancy, headquartered in the UK, offering agency and professional advice across the Commercial, Residential, and Rural sectors. Established in 1896, Knight Frank now comprises a global network of over 20,000 people in 600+ offices across 50 territories.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage some of the region's finest prime properties and clients, working to meet and exceed business targets.
- Identify and engage with buyers, negotiate property sales, and manage transactions through to completion.
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the Edinburgh property market, including property values and competition.
- Proactively raise our profile in Edinburgh to generate new business opportunities.
Requirements:
- A proven track record in the property market.
- Expertise in negotiating high-end property sales and managing client relationships.
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to maintain the highest standards of confidentiality and trust.
- A positive, enthusiastic, and driven team player, with the ability to contribute to business strategy formulation.
We are looking for an experienced agent who is self-sufficient, self-motivated, and has a strong track record in negotiating and closing deals. Experience in conducting market appraisals would be advantageous. This role is based in our Edinburgh office and will report directly to our Head of Sales, Edward Douglas-Home. Full support will be provided by our high-performing operations team.
The ideal candidate will have 4+ years' experience in a Negotiator role. Knowledge of the Edinburgh area would be beneficial but is not essential.
