Overview
We're looking for a Senior Multimedia Designer to join our growing creative team - someone who blends visual craft, conceptual thinking, and digital fluency to bring ideas to life across all media.

Responsibilities
Storytelling
Bring stories to life through exceptional pacing, music, and timing - no matter the subject. Create compelling narratives across a variety of formats including external films, animations, award entries, pitch films, and social content.
End-to-End Creative Ownership
Take projects from concept to completion. Contribute across all stages - from art direction, storyboarding, and shot list creation to directing, editing, and animation.
Creative Communication
Effectively sell your ideas through concept write-ups, treatments, and storyboards. Present your work with confidence and clarity, demonstrating strong communication and persuasive storytelling skills.
Design Excellence
Apply a discerning eye for design, composition, timing, and detail. Stay ahead of trends in motion design, art direction, and visual storytelling - and bring fresh, forward-thinking ideas to every project.
Technical Expertise
Demonstrate proficiency in core motion design tools such as After Effects, Premiere Pro, Audition, Photoshop, and Illustrator. Bonus points for skills in illustration, 3D, or emerging digital formats like gaming.
Creative Curiosity
Continuously explore new tools, plugins, and techniques to elevate your craft. Stay informed about innovations in animation, motion, and design - including how AI is reshaping the creative landscape.
Qualifications
Collaborative Mindset
Experienced in agency environments with a solid understanding of creative and production processes. A strong communicator who can confidently present ideas and work effectively with cross-functional teams. Open to feedback and able to respond with positivity and professionalism.
Creative Thinking
Champion bold, brave ideas with strong conceptual insight. Contribute creatively across all stages of a project - from concept and art direction to storyboarding, editing, and animation.
Cultural Awareness
Stay connected to culture and the world around you. Keep on top of design and motion trends, attend events and exhibitions, and bring fresh perspectives inspired by contemporary creative movements.
Ownership and Accountability
Take responsibility for your projects, manage timelines effectively, and collaborate seamlessly with wider teams. Confidently present work to clients and internal stakeholders, ensuring excellence from start to finish.
