As the Senior Motion Graphics Designer, you will play a pivotal role in the continued development and presentation of our brands' motion communications, ensuring they align with the respective visual identities.

You will collaborate closely with the Lead Motion Graphics Designer, our Brand & Creative teams, and external Agency Partners to deliver innovative, high-quality motion design solutions across a wide range of advertising channels.

Your mastery will guide the development of motion graphics from conceptualization to final execution, ensuring each output is tailored for maximum impact and engagement. You will thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment, overseeing multiple projects across different brands and working closely with various stakeholders to achieve business goals.

What you will be doing

• Ensure a consistent presentation of the evoke brands, continually evolving and pushing the boundaries of visual identities to standout in market
• Use a range of motion design software and embrace new technologies to enhance motion excellence and innovation
• Oversee multiple projects at once and split your time across different brands as required
• Engage in written, verbal and face-to-face communications with a range of stakeholders, both internally and externally
• Deliver new motion concept and output solutions that aligns with the evoke brand strategies
• Work with brand, creatives and agencies towards business agreed project focuses and priorities
• Deliver remarkable motion output in time, setting the direction for continued development through final execution

• Attested experience in a senior motion designer role
• Proficiency in creative and motion software (Adobe suite) and sound understanding of UX/UI principles
• Have the ability to oversee multiple creative projects and prioritise workload effectively
• Have knowledge of broadcast and digital marketing, social media and emerging design trends
