As a Senior Motion Designer/Editor, you will be responsible for:
- Developing and creating our always-on "Infinity" workstream assets.
- Collaborating with the creative team to bring ideas to life and celebrate our shows through compelling editing techniques and motion design, including sourcing clips from ITVX shows.
- Maintaining high standards of design and ensuring the final output aligns with ITV's brand and marketing goals.
- Leading and mentoring other motion designers on the team.
- Keeping up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in motion design to bring fresh and innovative ideas to the team.
Performance marketing is an exciting, fast-paced environment that is constantly evolving and experimenting. We are looking for a team member who is enthusiastic about that challenge!
Skills You'll Need (Minimum Criteria)
- Proven ability to generate original and compelling motion graphics and animations, working to a brief and understanding the strategic rationale behind it.
- Mastery of popular design software, including Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and other relevant tools.
- A collaborative nature. Our team is stronger when we work together and value one another's input, ideas, and skills.
- Ability to present your work to our team and the wider marketing department, accept and receive constructive feedback from relevant stakeholders, and provide feedback as required.
- Ability to cope under pressure, meet tight deadlines, handle quick turnarounds, and prioritize workloads.
- Passion and curiosity about the wider digital and social media landscape, as well as the broader creative and design industries.
- Proven showreel of relevant work, demonstrating expertise in motion graphics, editing, and visual storytelling.
