The Role

• Provide compliant, customer-focused mortgage and protection advice
• Maximise conversion from a consistent pipeline of branch-generated leads
• Build strong relationships with Sales and Lettings teams
• Maintain high standards of record keeping and regulatory compliance
• Contribute to the continued success of a high-performing branch

About You

• CAS-qualified Mortgage & Protection Advisor
• Proven track record in mortgage and protection sales
• Strong focus on protection and customer outcomes
• Comfortable working in a busy, high-performing environment
• Professional, driven, and collaborative
