Job Description
We are currently looking for a Senior Project Surveyor MEP to join our expanding team in London to work on a variety of exciting projects. You will be joining a team of like-minded experts who have a passion for innovation and delivering cutting-edge solutions.

We are fortunate enough to be on numerous Public Sector frameworks, giving us access so a wide variety of both Central Government and Local Authority schemes together with a wide mix of Health and Education projects.
Our team is augmented by specialist MEP, Utilities and façade QS's to ensure we deliver all our Clients a first service in the market.
About Our Team:
The Engineering Services and Utilities Team sits within the London Cost Management Team. We specialise in the Cost Management of Engineering Services and Utilities in a broad range of sectors and end markets
Job Responsibilities:
AECOM is seeking a Senior Project Surveyor to join its MEP team within our London office. You will provide a comprehensive, accurate and value-driven service for large, high profile and exciting key commercial, corporate, residential and public clients.
As a Senior Project Surveyor, you will work as part of the team to help deliver all aspects of MEP Cost Management from the inception of a project through to completion. You will work on several projects, varying in complexity, ranging in value from £5 - £50m.
Minimum Requirements :
• Proven experience in a consulting environment providing MEP Construction Management/Quantity Surveying services including Pre-Contract Estimating; Procurement; Contract Administration, Cost Reporting and Final Account resolution.
• Passionate about delivering high-quality consulting services to our clients.
• Understanding of JCT and NEC standard forms of contract.
• Proven ability to advise clients and design teams on cost, value and risk, not just cost in isolation.
• IT Skills and the ability to utilise digital measurement, cost planning and tender document tools shall be essential.
Qualifications
• Degree Qualified - BSc or MSc - in Quantity Surveying / Cost Management
• Professionally Qualified - ideally Chartered Quantity Surveying Status with the RICS, CIOB or other equivalent institution
