Qualifications
Essential criteria
- Professional registration (RMN, OT or Social Worker).
Desirable criteria
- Post registration training in relevant field.
- Leadership/management training.
- Assessor/mentorship training.
Experience
Essential criteria
- Experience of working in an acute environment.
- Experience of mentorship, supervision and co-ordination of staff.
- Experience of working as a Nurse in Charge/Shift Co-ordinator
- Experience of care planning process
- Working in a multi-agency framework
- Demonstrate a contribution to change management process
- Experience in positive leadership of a team
- Demonstrate experience of problem solving approaches
Knowledge
Essential criteria
- Knowledge of the Recovery Model
