Our Crisis Resolution and Home Treatment team based in Great Yarmouth are seeking dedicated, confident nurses to join their expanding team as Senior Mental Health Nurses.

You'll be covering a beautiful coastal area, from North Norfolk down to Southwold; where you can expect big stretches of sandy beaches, lovely seaside towns and friendly villages. Main duties of the job

Our team is unique; we are integrated with the inpatient ward and our day-care facilities to allow for a partial hospitalisation service which enhances and supports patient centred care. Being integrated also means that there is a smooth transition throughout our services to ensure that our patients receive the highest quality of care in a seamless service.

The post will sits under the Great Yarmouth & Waveney Acute Mental Health Services which is a really supportive and progressive locality.

As a team we embrace a Quality Improvement approach - we welcome creativity and innovative ideas to help improve our services.

We are a small team where retention is high and the opportunities to work between our services for individual development is very much supported. We pride ourselves in ensuring that our team are supported and given the best opportunities where possible.

Why work for us? We have challenges as a Trust, but we have ambitious aspirations, are pushing ahead with exciting transformation work and we need dedicated individuals to support us on our journey. We have strong, established nursing networks coupled with an exceptional leadership team who will ensure you are truly cared for and cared about.

Why Norfolk and Suffolk? The people here are warm and welcoming, you'll never be far from the beautiful coastline or Broads National Park. We're an hour and a half away from London and have an international airport in Norwich too. Our villages, towns and cities are packed full of history, independent cafes, shops and theatres. We have excellent shopping, eating out, top ranking schooling and affordable house prices too.
