The Job Role
- A senior meetings & events sales coordinator to handle all meetings and events enquiries and fully co-ordinating the event, in line with the customer's needs and requests
- Responsible for providing a high quality level of service by anticipating customer's needs and always looking at ways to maximise revenue sales
- Respond to all meetings and events enquiries professionals in a timely manner
- Consistently looking to maximise revenue and sales opportunities to increase business
The Requirements
- You will have a passion and enthusiasm for delivering exceptional service and selling meetings and events
- Able to work as part of a team and towards tight deadlines
- The ideal senior meetings and events sales coordinator will have minimum 1-2 year's experience in a meetings and events sales role within a hotel or venue
