Essential criteria

  • Educated to degree level or equivalent

Experience

Essential criteria

  • Experience of reconciling, monitoring and managing budgets
  • Experience in medical education and development of medical staff
  • Experience and knowledge of medical appraisal
  • Experience of managing and supervising staff
  • Experience of extracting and analysing trends in data and illustrating findings
  • Proven experience in providing expert advice to all levels of staff
  • Experience of dealing with and responding to complaints

Skills and Abilities

Essential criteria

  • Ability to work autonomously
  • Excellent computer skills with good working knowledge of internet, email, and Microsoft packages i.e., Excel, Word, PowerPoint
  • Be able to multi-task and work in a pressurised environment with constant interruptions to deal with unforeseen events
  • Ability to plan and organise a broad range of complex activities and events, some of which require the formulation and adjustment of plans
  • Ability to create and maintain databases
