Senior M&E Quantity Surveyor - Consultancy

My client is a respected commercial property consultancy in the heart of London and they currently seek a Senior Mechanical & Electrical Quantity Surveyor to join their expanding team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a wide range of construction and refurbishment projects across the commercial sector, supporting high-profile clients and delivering exceptional results.

The successful candidate will have significant experience in cost management specific to mechanical and electrical services, with a solid understanding of both pre-contract and post-contract phases. You will be expected to provide expert cost advice, undertake detailed cost planning, manage procurement processes, conduct valuations, and contribute to project delivery with a focus on quality and value.

You will work closely with a team of dedicated professionals in a collaborative and forward-thinking environment, liaising with clients, consultants and contractors to ensure project goals are met efficiently. The role requires strong technical knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently while maintaining a high standard of service.

While MRICS status is preferred, it is not essential. We are looking for a capable and experienced individual with a demonstrable track record of delivering M&E quantity surveying services within the construction industry. A proactive attitude, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering results are essential for success in this role.
