The Senior Marketing Manager EMEA will be an essential member of the Go-to-Market Marketing team, playing a key role in shaping the Global Marketing plan and overseeing its implementation across the EMEA region. The role is accountable for the execution of the plan in region, in collaboration with Sales, Product and Operations. The role involves coordinating with the rest of the Marketing team - including Marketing Ops, Communications, Design, Digital, and Partnerships - to ensure clarity on campaign briefs, timelines, and deliverables.

This position will be based in our London office. The candidate is required to attend the office a minimum of 2 days per week but may voluntarily elect to work either remotely or from the London office for the remaining 3 days of the week.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work with Heads of Marketing, to plan and execute both global and regional marketing initiatives with a key focus on demand generation.
    • Regional Marketing plans must be specific to UKI and DACH regions, demonstrating awareness of the different industry nuances in each region.
  • Work with Global Partner Marketing, to plan and execute Partner Marketing activities in region.
  • Plan and execute strategic events ranging from large user conferences to high-touch experiences (roundtables, networking events etc.) that support business goals.
  • Build a strong relationship with sales and participate in regular sales meetings.
  • Work with Marketing Operations on a range of activities including tracking and reporting on campaigns and key KPIs.
  • Manage campaign and marketing budgets.
  • Translate all relevant marketing and sales enablement materials into German.
  • Brief and work with external agencies and the internal marketing studio to generate campaign assets as needed.
  • Collaborate effectively with the global marketing team, ensuring EMEA market needs are addressed in global activities.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • 10+ years B2B marketing experience
  • Preferred bilingual in English and German fluency in written and oral communications
  • Proven experience in effectively utilising digital marketing platforms and programs, including marketing automation such as Pardot and Salesforce.
  • Proficient in office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint)
  • A self-starter with a track record that demonstrates you are highly organised, with the ability to execute effectively against multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Proactive in your communication and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Willingness to work flexibly, with 2-3 days in the office, and outside standard business hours to accommodate calls, in line with the needs of an international company.
  • Willingness to travel to German office frequently.
