The opportunity

We are looking for a bold, visionary, and dynamic Senior Marketing Manager to lead firmwide marketing initiatives across international markets. Sitting at the heart of our matrixed organisation, this role demands someone who can think strategically, execute seamlessly, and lead a high-performing team of marketing specialists. You'll drive integrated, data-led campaigns that amplify our brand, deliver measurable ROI, and inspire commercial growth across the business.

The team

You'll be joining our Central Marketing & Business Development (MBD) team who work in partnership with senior stakeholders across the firm to set the strategy and shape the tactics to build our firm's profile. They help to win new work and strengthen and deepen client relationships, using a data driven and sales focused approach. The team is mostly based in London and is made up of over 60 specialists in marketing communications, business development and client service.

As a central team we lead global activities while working closely with our network of MBD colleagues based across our international offices. Whether it's driving a new content strategy, pitching for cutting-edge work, building our brand, or contributing to the development of our client relationships, we're committed to providing exceptional service to the firm and are known for leading the way when it comes to new technology and solutions. What you'll do

  • Lead firmwide, international marketing activities that align with global business goals and brand strategy.
  • Manage and develop a team of marketing specialists
  • Champion and deliver multidisciplinary performance marketing initiatives aimed at boosting client awareness and generating marketing campaigns, including strategic partnerships, brand activations, and data-driven performance marketing initiatives.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels-from junior team members to senior business leaders-and confidently navigate complex conversations with emotional intelligence and commercial acumen.
  • Act as a strategic advisor to sector, practice, and regional teams-cutting through the noise to deliver outputs that elevate the firm's brand, surface revenue opportunities, and drive client engagement.
  • Use marketing insight, client feedback, and intent data to inform campaigns and measure effectiveness.
  • Ensure all activity is budget-conscious and commercially focused, constantly seeking efficiencies and performance gains.
  • Inspire, mentor, and support junior team members, fostering an environment of innovation, collaboration, and accountability.
  • Be a true team player-comfortable working across borders, time zones, and cultures-with a natural ability to build rapport and influence at all levels.

About you

  • Strong experience in B2B marketing, ideally within professional or corporate services.
  • Proven success leading integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns at an international level.
  • Experience managing and mentoring a team of marketing specialists.
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and influencing skills.
  • Strong commercial mindset and financial acumen
  • Strong understanding of utilising intent data to drive growth opportunities
  • Adept at stakeholder management, with the confidence to challenge and lead senior stakeholders constructively.
  • High emotional intelligence, resilience, and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset.

The main responsibilities of this role are outlined above; however, this description is not exhaustive, and the job holder may be required to undertake additional duties from time to time to ensure the smooth running of the department. The role may require some working outside our normal working hours of 9:30am- 5:30pm.
