Job purpose, tasks and responsibilities

Working as part of a collaborative and progressive marketing team, your main responsibilities will include, but won't be limited to:

  • Developing and delivering effective strategic marketing campaigns for our complex data and consultancy offerings that drive leads, engagement, growth and revenue.
  • Collaborating with business development managers, sales team leaders and consultants to ensure sales enablement via the effective provision of materials, campaigns and content, and personalised campaigns as required.
  • Interrogating, maintaining and enhancing marketing data to identify and segment target groups and ensure best response and uptake of campaigns.
  • Monitoring and updating all output channels and platforms so that offerings are understood by target customers drive leads. Working with Head of Marketing and Content Director as required.
  • Maintaining a calendar of current and planned activity to support awareness across stakeholder groups.
  • Writing compelling copy and delivering marketing material that engages current and target audiences.
  • Building a repository of customer case studies and feedback.
  • Driving and developing customer personas and journeys in collaboration with the product and engagement teams.
  • Internal and external stakeholder management and mapping
  • Delivering regular reporting metrics against KPIs and suggesting any change to approach
  • Work with any external agencies to effectively deliver campaigns.
  • Managing any direct reports.

Essential and desirable capabilities

You will also need the following:

Essential:

  • Strong experience of strategic multi-channel campaign planning and delivery, including account-based marketing and multi-variant campaigns.
  • Experiened in complex product/ service marketing with large revenue targets.
  • Building lead pipeline / lead generation and nurturing.
  • Effective use of content and media to engage.
  • Outstanding stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Experienced in co-ordinating the production of sales collateral/ assets.
  • Successful budget management skills to support the best ROI and engagement.
  • Utilising external agencies such as PPC to maximise campaigns.
  • Knowledge of marketing automation platforms, such as Marketo and Pardot.
  • Advanced level of Microsoft capabilities i.e., Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook. SharePoint experience is an advantage.
  • Social Media campaign management, such as Sprout or Hootsuite.
  • Knowledge of CRM software, such as Salesforce, MS Dynamics, or similar.

Desirable:

  • Marketing degree or equivalent qualification.
  • Management experience.
  • Experienced working with data and digital products
  • Experience of working within and understanding of the UK healthcare sector
  • Knowledge of Canva, Adobe photoshop or similar
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics, Webtrends, Tableau or similar an advantage.
  • Knowledge of PPC including Google Ads and Linked-in an advantage.
