About Klira:

Delivering luxury prescription skincare at-scale was impossible. That changed in 2022 when our Founder, Dr. Emma Craythorne, developed the Klira SkinSizes™ system. This epigenetic skin typing tool allows us to decode our clients' skin, then prescribe a custom formula of peak-potency actives specifically for them. We deliver this monthly, fresh from our London-lab to customers' doorstep within 24 hours.

Based in central London, we are a small, supportive and ambitious team putting Klira into high-growth mode.

About the Role:

You will be working with the wider marketing team to craft communications across all Klira touchpoints, from consumer (Klira Skin) to B2B (Klira Pro). A specific area that you will own within this is the brands owned social channels - establishing a strategy, content calendar and content creation based on social best practice and in the right way for the Klira brand. You will report into the Marketing Manager to support across brand and DR campaigns, PR, events, e-commerce and customer comms, owning key projects and workstreams within the total marketing strategy. You will also work closely with the design lead to execute communications - so being a good team player is a must.

Requirements

Responsibilities:

• Ownership of the brands owned social media channels
• Supporting the wider marketing team across all initiatives
• Keeping your finger on the pulse of competitor activity and category news, to inform our approach
• Management of customer comms and e-commerce workstreams
• Strategy and execution of paid media campaigns - brand + DR
• Collaboration with agency partners

• 3+ years of experience
• Social and content expert - an expert in social trends and social first execution
• Content creation - the ability to produce 'creator style' content for organic social
• You are a team-player and ready to step in to lend a hand when others need (even if it's not strictly your job!)
• Passionate, proactive and hungry to learn about creating holistic marketing plans
• You are able to balance multiple, varied projects and maintain overall responsibility - you know when to step in and when to let others lead
• Detail-oriented and highly organised
• You are interested in health-tech and passionate about skincare

This is a full-time role, primarily based in our central London office but with some flexible working offered.
