Senior Marketing Executive - Hybrid Role!

We are looking for a highly organized Senior Marketing Executive who will be responsible for driving the Marketing Strategy for Gold Care Homes and assist our Marketing team with a wide variety of tasks. The individual will be responsible for assisting with strengthening our brand profile, developing content to optimize our marketing channels.

Specific Responsibilities

  • As a Senior Marketing Executive, you will be working closely with the Senior Management Team (SMT) and will be responsible for:
  • Supporting the Marketing team to drive online and offline brand awareness.
  • Executing the set-out marketing plans including campaigns within the set deadlines.
  • Engage and work closely with the homes to gather and produce newsworthy stories for our blogs to increase visitors to GCH's websites.
  • To work cohesively with other departments, Home Managers, Regional Managers and Directors across the organisation on marketing activities that will increase occupancy rates within the homes.
  • To implement marketing initiatives within budget and ensure that competitive rates are always negotiated with external suppliers.
  • Create and maintain Google Business Accounts and other third party online channels for each of our Care Homes.
  • Responsible for assisting with organizing events, award ceremonies and securing nominations for future awards.

Person Specifications

  • A min of 1 year previous experience in marketing.
  • Experience of developing and implementing successful marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communications skills
  • Highly organised, analytical with attention to details
  • Ability to work within set budgets and meet strict deadlines.

Desirable

  • Knowledge of the Care Sector
  • Worked in hospitality
