Senior Marketing Executive (Customer Marketing)

We are hiring for Senior Marketing Executive (Customer Marketing) based in Fleet, Hampshire (Hybrid working 1-2 days a week in office). As a customer centric Senior Marketing Executive, you will be at the forefront of shaping and executing strategies that drive customer advocacy, foster customer success, and unlock value creation. This newly created role is an opportunity to be a catalyst for transformation and innovation.

Job Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute marketing campaigns and strategies with a focus on the customer, which include:
- Over-all engagement with the TrustQuay Viewpoint brand.
- Drive the enablement of our customer base to move to our cloud solutions.
- Encourage upsell of packages and users.
- Encourage the usage of complementary add-ons.
- Drive engagement with our partner offerings.
• Educate customers on the value of our products and services using a multichannels approach.
• Gain knowledge and understanding of our customers and their users to increase subscriptions and renewals.
• Build a customer community which drives engagement with the brand and our value proposition.
• Work with the product marketing team to deliver buying personas and relevant case studies designed to educate customers across several different initiatives.
• Work with marketing operations to segment customer personas and deliver content that engage those personas.
• Build a referral program which resonates with our target audience.
• Create feedback loops which allow us to create better outcomes for customers.

Job Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in Customer Marketing delivering campaigns across multiple channels.
• Experience of working in B2B tech, regtech or fintech would be preferred.
• Proven ability to plan and deliver multi-channel campaigns which drive MQLs
• Proven ability to drive customer advocacy through campaign activity.
• Previous use of marketing platforms such as HubSpot to deliver automated customer journeys.
• Design and delivery of referral marketing and loyalty programs in the fintech space.
• The ability to recognize and understand customer pain points and turn that knowledge into compelling content which changes customer
behaviors.
• Strong understanding of customer journeys and touch points.

* Travel to offices and client sites in the UK, Channel Islands and overseas may be required.
