Senior Marketing Executive

We are looking for a creative, focused, self-motivated Senior Marketing Executive to provide specialist support to the Marketing team across Sales & Lettings Divisions. You will be working closely with the senior management team and your colleagues in the marketing team to bring our marketing strategy to life and grow market share through excellent initiatives, campaigns, and collateral. Experience of working within the Residential sales or lettings sector is essential.
Must have a sharp eye for detail, be an excellent communicator and have the ability to interpret requirements into a clear brief that ultimately delivers the right result. Must be an accomplished marketer, a confident presenter and able to handle multiple projects across multiple brands.
You will report into, and work closely with the Head of Estate Agency Marketing to plan, brief and deliver marketing initiatives across the 50+ Countrywide High Street brands across the UK. Liaising between the team and relevant stakeholders, you will ensure projects are dealt with in a timely and efficient manner, issuing appropriate status reports and monitoring results.
From national campaigns to encourage sellers and landlords to choose us, to producing digital assets to appear on our websites, to developing social media campaigns, this role really is a true marketeer's dream. Qualifications, Skills & Experience:
- Graduate with a minimum of 3+ years' experience in a marketing role
- Experience of working in Residential Sales or Lettings and able to demonstrate a good understanding of that sector.
- First-class verbal, written and presentation skills
- Great team worker, commercially-minded with a passion for marketing
- Genuine interest in Residential Sales or Lettings and the wider property market
- Creative, diplomatic, able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and proofreading skills
- Able to multi-task, pick things up quickly and work on own initiative
- Excellent analytical, administrative and organisational skills
- Knowledge of design and/or print processes
- Able to travel, as and when required, to attend or present at key stakeholder meetings and events
- Proficient in the use of all key Microsoft Office packages
- Appreciation of the importance of advertising standards, legal and regulatory frameworks
