Senior Marketing Executive

We are hiring for a Senior Marketing Executive based in Fleet, Hampshire (Hybrid working). The role will come with a competitive salary and benefits package including 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, company bonus, pension, private medical, life assurance, income protection and more.

**Travel to offices and client sites in the UK, Channel Islands and overseas may be required.

The Senior Marketing Executive will be responsible for supporting the execution of marketing strategies to generate demand, expand market presence, and enhance brand visibility for both prospects and customer groups. Reporting to the Lead of Growth Marketing, this role will work closely with regional teams in EMEA to execute operational campaigns, provide sales support, and strengthen customer relationships across the region.

Key Responsibilities:

Revenue-Driven Marketing Execution:

  • Support the development and implementation of regional marketing plans that drive demand generation, accelerate pipeline growth, and directly contribute to revenue targets.
  • Execute integrated marketing campaigns including social media, email, and content marketing, tailored to the EMEA market to drive demand generation and increase sales conversions.
  • To help shape and execute strategies that drive customer advocacy, foster customer success and unlock customer value creation.
  • To measure and report on the effectiveness of marketing activities, using data-driven insights to continuously improve performance and ROI.

Event Management:

  • Support the planning and execution of regional events such as customer advisory roadshows, conferences and industry shows that align with business objectives and drive engagement.
  • Manage event logistics and on-site coordination to ensure successful execution and maximum impact.

Localisation and Market Adaptation:

  • Localise global marketing programmes to fit EMEA market, ensuring all campaigns and content are culturally relevant and resonate with local audiences.
  • Collaborate with the product marketing team to tailor messaging, positioning, and collateral specific to regional customer needs and market conditions.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Partner closely with sales, customer success, and product teams to align marketing activities with business goals and support customer acquisition and retention.

The ideal candidate will have the following experience:

  • 3+ years of experience in customer or new business marketing with B2B SaaS firms.
  • Proven experience of executing marketing strategies that drive sales pipeline and revenue growth.
  • Ability to support the planning and execution of regional events, campaigns, and marketing initiatives.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, logistical management expertise, and the ability to work effectively in cross-functional and cross-cultural teams.
  • Ability to use marketing tools to help deliver effective marketing campaign activities, ie marketing automation platforms such as Hubspot.
