About the role

To manage the web content, supporting Omnichannel KPIs & optimising pages for a effective customer experience.

Key Responsibilities -

• Responsible for optimising web content on key pages to support our Omnichannel business objectives.
• Accountable for the planning of the customer experience as they land on site content.
• Responsible for understanding & utilising key KPI data to optimise web experience; & use in planning of content.
• Responsible for working with teams to optimise content for search & campaign objectives.
• Accountable for understanding how to communicate multiple messages on key pages of the site.
• Accountable for competitor research to continuously develop our site.

About You

• +3 years web content management experience.
• Ideally (but not essential) has worked both client-side and within an agency
• Good understanding of retail (and some exposure to fashion retail)within an Omnichannel environment.
