Location: Sheffield, S11

Annual Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 per annum

Hours: 40 per week

Contract: Permanent

As a Senior Marketing Executive, you will play a key role in developing and implementing B2B and B2C marketing campaigns, driving brand awareness and acquisition, and supporting sales initiatives. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the company's marketing efforts in a dynamic and innovative environment.

You will play a pivotal role in driving our digital offering to schools and teachers across England initially.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote products or services, drive lead generation.
  • Create compelling marketing content and sales enablement materials, including copywriting, graphic design, and multimedia assets for digital and print channels.
  • Manage social media platforms, website content, and email marketing campaigns to engage with target audiences.
  • Plan, execute, and optimise omnichannel marketing campaigns utilising both online and offline channels.
  • Utilise A/B testing to optimise marketing strategies, messages and creative assets.
  • Conduct market research and analyse customer and competitor insights to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive positioning.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing initiatives with sales objectives and support lead generation efforts.
  • Leverage automation, segmentation, and personalisation for effective outreach across always-on and episodic activations.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
  • Communicate and report back on campaign and strategy performance and provide insights for future campaign development.
  • Coordinate with external agencies, vendors, and partners to support marketing activities and campaigns.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in marketing.
  • Assist in organising events, webinars, and promotional activities to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.
  • Support with the development and implementation of the overall marketing strategy.

Requirements

We're interested in anyone who meets one, or a combination of the following:

  • 2 years + experience in marketing, digital marketing, or a similar role across B2B and B2C.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field. (Preferred)
  • Strong creative and analytical skills with a passion for marketing, and a keen attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms, including social media, email marketing, and analytics.
  • Be a creative thinker, willing to try new things and focus on continuous improvement.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Experience of mentoring or managing junior members of staff. (Preferred)
  • Ability to multitask, prioritise, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and digital advertising strategies is a plus.
