Job Purpose

This role is an exciting opportunity to lead a team of digital marketing experts to build, support, measure, optimise and scale marketing initiatives and drive growth.

You'll influence organisational marketing strategy, define best-practice in digital marketing, and enhance overall workflow to help our global marketing teams deliver campaigns effectively.

This role is UK based, and can be either remote or hybrid for the right candidate.

Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of specialists to implement digital marketing activities on behalf of our internal marketing teams.
  • Process Management; identify, design, and document scalable processes that enable marketing within the business be delivered effectively and efficiently.
  • As a digital marketing subject matter expert, assist business marketers in maximising campaign success through your experience and data-driven insights.
  • Goal Setting; design measurement plans and benchmarks for campaigns.
  • Performance Measurement; implement continuous throughout our marketing lead lifecycle, pipeline, content, channels, and campaigns.
  • Campaign Management; serve as the marketing project manager for strategic campaigns.
  • Work with Martech team to design our marketing tech stack.
  • Segmentation; manage list segmentation and scoring to deliver more targeted and relevant messaging to improve engagement and conversion rate.
  • Lead Management; support marketing and sales revenue goals by maintaining our lead management process, including lead lifecycle, lead scoring, and sales alerts.

Skills & Experience

  • An experienced people leader, with a track record in managing digital marketing / operations teams.
  • Strong analytical skills, able to draw insights and intelligence from marketing data.
  • Experience with delivery of SEO, paid ads, email, digital events, web pages and web platform ownership.
  • Ability to make recommendations regarding lead scoring, lead nurturing, segmentation, personalisation, and other lead/customer management practices.
  • Understanding of common data-privacy requirements.
  • Manage relationships with internal stakeholders, seeking ways to enhance these relationships and add business value.
