Overview

The Expleo Group marketing team is looking for a Senior Marketing Analyst who will be a vital link between our business objectives and marketing team by providing comprehensive analysis on marketing performances.

The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving data-driven decision-making processes, supporting marketing actions, optimisations, and providing valuable insights and enhancing overall marketing performance. He/she will partner with key internal stakeholders and must be ROI driven. The role will also help align business objectives with technology requirements and therefore contribute to the martech architecture and growth plan.

Responsibilities

  • Data Analysis:
    • Ensure marketing and sales data is available, consistent, and reliable among all marketing funnel steps.
    • Implement and utilise data analytics tools to generate reports and dashboards for marketing performance evaluation.
    • Supporting and guiding other Marcom teams to extra specific data sets to allow them to generate their own insights.
  • Market Research:
    • Provide insights on target market segments based on customer characteristics, behaviours, and demographics.
    • Provide insights and benchmarks to support the development of targeted marketing campaigns.
    • Analyse channel potential by region/segment and capture a clear picture of the audience potential and provide suggestions for activation improvements.
    • Competitor benchmarking
  • Performance Monitoring and automation:
    • Assess the effectiveness of marketing campaigns through the analysis of key metrics, such as conversion rates, click-through rates, cost per lead, and return on investment (ROI).
    • Analyses A/B and multivariate tests, communicate results and provide recommendations.
    • Advises other marketing functions (website, online/offline advertising, brand, product development) as the knowledge owner for customer and market data.
    • Responsible for tracking, reporting, and analysing the performance of the marketing activities (KPIs), ad-hoc analytic requests and development/automation of regular reports.
    • MarTech - business requirements, mapping data flows and data requirements across the team to allow better insight and investment decisions.
    • Supporting MartTech acquisition with business value requirement creation.

Essential skills

  • The ideal candidate will have minimum 6 to 8 years experience working in performance marketing and data analysis in B2B sales or marketing environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g. Excel, SQL, data visualisation tools), website analytics (like GA4) and tracking (GTM, tagging plan, paid marketing channels tracking).
  • Experience in advanced analytic and statistical techniques related multivariate and A/B testing, digital revenue attribution, customer segmentation, and marketing effectiveness.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
  • Innate ability to translate data into strategic recommendations and business insights to help data-driven decision making.
  • Self-starter who proactively works towards meeting reporting demand, independently looks for new and better ways of doing things, learns new tools and systems without much guidance.
  • Growth and problem-solving mindset, towards constant optimisations of marketing performances.

Experience

  • Analyse marketing campaigns and customer data to assess their effectiveness and ROI.
  • Provide actionable insights to enhance marketing strategies and optimise budgets.
  • Work with CRM team to build the roadmap for marketing attribution needs across the team.
  • Work with teams across Marketing to streamline our data sources, analyse results and outline how results impact business outcomes
  • Analytics thought leadership (full funnel coordination, marketplace changes, new ad technology).
  • Building and implementing measurement plans (KPIs across funnel/media channels that creates overall storytelling around campaign success).
  • Provide analysis as well as tangible learnings to grow and develop the Marcom activities.

  • Ability to speak French is an advantage
