Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Marketing Manager to join our client's dynamic team. This is a unique opportunity to lead the marketing initiatives for a well-respected supply chain vendor. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the supply chain industry, with the ability to develop and execute impactful marketing strategies that elevate brand presence and drive business results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Marketing Planning:
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies that align with business objectives and enhance brand visibility in the supply chain market.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive positioning.
- Campaign Management:
- Lead the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, and events.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding throughout all marketing efforts.
- Content Development:
- Oversee the creation of engaging marketing materials, including brochures, whitepapers, case studies, and online content.
- Work closely with content and design teams to produce compelling materials that drive customer engagement and lead generation.
- Digital Marketing:
- Manage digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and website optimization.
- Analyze digital metrics to assess campaign performance and make data-driven decisions to improve outcomes.
- Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, industry partners, and internal teams.
- Act as a liaison between marketing and other departments to ensure a cohesive and collaborative approach to market challenges.
- Budget Management:
- Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring effective resource allocation to achieve strategic objectives.
- Monitor expenditures and adjust strategies as needed to maximize ROI.
- Leadership and Development:
- Mentor and lead a team of marketing professionals, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Provide guidance and support for team members' professional growth and development.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- 7+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in a managerial role within the supply chain, logistics, or related industry.
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and channels.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinker with a customer-focused mindset and the ability to innovate.
- Experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
- Ability to work effectively in a remote, fast-paced environment.
