About the role
As the Senior MD, you will be responsible for driving the growth and success of our business in the UK and EMEA market while representing the interests of the UK and EMEA regions. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on management of sales, account management, and revenue generation. You will work closely with the US executive team, ensuring the UK/EMEA perspective is considered in strategic decisions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales leadership, with a strong focus on customer relationships, market expansion, and cross-regional collaboration.
What you'll do
- Sales and Account Management Leadership:

- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to grow revenue in the UK market, while supporting the wider EMEA growth strategy
- Lead and manage the UK sales team, including setting performance goals, providing coaching, and driving results
- Identify and target new business opportunities, cultivating relationships with key stakeholders in the PropTech sector
- Monitor sales performance, forecasts, and KPIs, ensuring consistent achievement of targets
- Oversee the account management team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality customer service and the retention of key accounts and identifying growth opportunities
- Act as the main point of contact for strategic clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded
- Revenue Generation:

- Take ownership of revenue growth targets, drive pricing strategies, contract negotiations, and renewals to optimize revenue streams
- Product Strategy Influence:

- Collaborate with the product and executive teams to influence product development based on the unique needs of the UK and EMEA markets
- Provide insights on local market trends, customer pain points, and competitive analysis to shape product features, functionality, and enhancements
- Customer-Facing Leadership:

- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings
- Deliver presentations, pitches, and demonstrations to prospective clients, showcasing the value of the company's offerings
- Cross-Regional Collaboration:

- Serve as the key liaison between the UK/EMEA operations and the US executive team, ensuring alignment on global strategies
- Work cross-functionally with marketing, product, and sales teams to deliver tailored campaigns and strategies that resonate with regional audiences

What you'll bring
- Proven experience in a leadership role within sales, account management, or business development, preferably in the PropTech, real estate, or technology sectors
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Experience working with global teams and influencing cross-regional business strategies
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build lasting client relationships
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and the ability to translate market trends into actionable plans
- Experience leading and developing high-performing teams
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong understanding of the current Real Estate landscape and market trends
Bonus points
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field
- 5-10 years of experience in quota carrying account management or sales roles. Real Estate or PropTech experience preferable but not a must
- Experience working within a tech-driven or SaaS business model
- Familiarity with CRM systems, sales tools, and PropTech solutions
