Senior Treasury Manager | Liquidity & Implementation | London

Your New Role
Join our growing team in Kings Cross as a Senior Treasury Manager. In this dynamic role, you will support global capabilities for Treasury, Funding, and Liquidity Risk, overseeing European activities, including cash management, securities finance, balance sheet management, and counterparty capital management.
You will work closely with our Head of Liquidity and Implementation for Europe and our Head of Treasury in Australia.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide funding and cash investment solutions for internal investment teams, portfolio companies, and operating entities.
- Support all asset classes, both listed and unlisted.
- Implement best practices for funding, hedging, recycling cash, stress-testing, and liquidity crisis management.
- Collaborate with the Dealing Desk and Exposure Management teams.
- Lead the Internal Cash Portfolio and Securities teams.
What You'll Need
We are looking for a team player who thrives in a high-performing, collaborative environment. To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Extensive experience in a Treasury function (Group Treasury, Liquidity, Funding, Fund Management).
- Strong expertise in Treasury and Liquidity Management & Balance Sheet Management.
- Knowledge across financial products and portfolios, including Cash, Derivatives, Securities, and Private Markets.
- Experience in an Investment Bank and/or Asset Management environment.
- Familiarity with regulated financial environments.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- A proven track record of leading and supporting teams.
