Job Description

We're seeking a talented individual to join our Transaction Services team in London, which is responsible for providing clients with first class service in regards to all aspects of end-to-end financial due diligence, financial modelling and reporting accountant engagements. Our wide range of exciting clients are drawn from a variety of different industry sectors.

As Senior Manage, your responsibilities will include among others:

• Taking ownership for project management and reporting on small and medium size engagements
• Day to day contact for the client during the assignment
• Preparation of budgets and management of WIP and negotiation of fees
• Delegation and oversight of work to junior staff, reviewing and challenging their output
• Preparing pitch documents
• Driving the development and execution of business development initiatives

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have

• A relevant professional qualification, for example Chartered Accountant or Corporate Finance Diploma
• Transaction Services experience of 3+ years gained within a professional services or boutique practice
• Experience of financial due diligence, including a history of providing these in a range of sectors
• Experience of business development activities, including building and developing relationships, drafting and presenting proposals
• An ability to generate contacts within the industry and a willingness to develop such contacts.
• To have a broader perspective of potential issues encountered when managing diverse teams and the strategies to overcome them
