Job Description
We're seeking a talented individual to join our Transaction Services team in London, which is responsible for providing clients with first class service in regards to all aspects of end-to-end financial due diligence, financial modelling and reporting accountant engagements. Our wide range of exciting clients are drawn from a variety of different industry sectors.
As Senior Manage, your responsibilities will include among others:
- Taking ownership for project management and reporting on small and medium size engagements
- Day to day contact for the client during the assignment
- Preparation of budgets and management of WIP and negotiation of fees
- Delegation and oversight of work to junior staff, reviewing and challenging their output
- Preparing pitch documents
- Driving the development and execution of business development initiatives
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should have
- A relevant professional qualification, for example Chartered Accountant or Corporate Finance Diploma
- Transaction Services experience of 3+ years gained within a professional services or boutique practice
- Experience of financial due diligence, including a history of providing these in a range of sectors
- Experience of business development activities, including building and developing relationships, drafting and presenting proposals
- An ability to generate contacts within the industry and a willingness to develop such contacts.
- To have a broader perspective of potential issues encountered when managing diverse teams and the strategies to overcome them
