As a Senior Manager in our Planning & Fulfilment team, you will lead the charge in delivering impactful tech-driven planning and digital transformations for our clients. Your roles will include:

• Taking ownership of large-scale supply chain transformation projects, guiding clients from strategy through to implementation, coordinating workstream delivery and collaborating closely with leadership to ensure timely and impactful outcomes.
• Working with our clients' existing functions to develop and implement cutting-edge supply chain planning solutions aligned to their challenges, priorities and objectives utilising the latest development in the industry and our alliances pre-configured solutions.
• Owning sales activities and proactively supporting cross-industry pipeline development, including thought leadership, eminence material and sales proposition development.
• Contributing to the strategic direction of our practice, maintaining and enhancing Deloitte's go-to-market solutions, key vendor/alliance partnerships, and staying at the forefront of technological advancements and industry trends

We are looking for someone with a proven track record in delivering technology-enabled organisational transformation, who thrives at the intersection between supply chain and technology, and can lead the way in innovative and technology-driven supply chain network solutions. We are looking for an individual with advanced supply chain acumen, exceptional leadership in cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to unite diverse skillsets to deliver optimised, cohesive client transformations and advanced planning solutions.

Essential:

• Extensive experience in end-to-end supply chain transformation, with a strong focus on technology-enabled planning solutions and APS implementation.
• Depth of experience across multiple supply chain domains, with a demonstrated ability to build, maintain, and manage strong stakeholder relationships with clients and internal teams across various industries.
• Proven ability to lead and collaborate effectively within diverse teams, comprising both internal Deloitte colleagues and client members, with a clear capability to plan and deliver team scope.
• The ability to quickly learn and apply new technologies to evaluate the emerging and changing business needs of our clients
• Enjoy working within diverse and hybrid-located teams
• Professional working proficiency in the English language

Preferred:

• A certified practitioner from one of our key Alliance Partners (e.g., Anaplan, SAP, Kinaxis, Blue Yonder, o9 Solutions).
• Significant experience in owning and developing material for bids and sales propositions specifically around supply chain transformation and APS implementation.
