As a Senior Manager, you will have a broad remit of responsibilities, which may flex depending on the expectation of the specific role you are fulfilling for your client. You'll lead multi-capability and often multi-geography teams, to deliver business critical outcomes with and for our clients. You'll apply your delivery know-how and technical understanding , along with understanding of the media industry (with wider TMT experience) to support clients with their complex challenges , and will be responsible for the likes of:

• Leading delivery of successful technology implementations within the Technology, Media and Telecoms sector, adding value to our client's end users , by managing multi-skilled teams from within client teams and broader Deloitte.

• Applying an u nderstanding of how changes in the market will impact our TMT / Media clients and the challenges they face , and reflecting this in improving our own internal capabilities.

• Managing technical, engineering and test teams - facilitating daily standups and tracking delivery using varying methods and tools.

• Working closely with key internal and senior client stakeholders and effectively demonstrating inter-personal skills.

• Leading business development work for our key propositions through pre-sales, bid preparations and client presentations. Showcasing our knowledge and experience whilst building relationships with potential clients.

• Participate fully within Deloitte to assist growth of the TMT / Media and Technology Programme Delivery team, develop and guide junior grade colleagues, and supporting the firm's commitment to creating a more diverse and inclusive culture.

Connect to your skills and professional experience

• Working as a S enior M anager, focusing on s ystem integration style project delivery with experience of successfully managing large teams, leading large-scale technology implementations within the TMT (ideally Media) sector, with a record of high performance and success in your role delivering change and transformation for the client.

• Working with engineering and test teams to help translate and communicate technical designs during implementations to help deliver solutions to end users.

• Experience of guiding and coaching junior talent through challenging situations and providing honest and constructive development points.

• Excelling at building relationships and collaborating with internal and client stakeholders to understand and articulate challenges to implement overall vision.

• Strong and speciali s ed experience and understanding of TMT products, processes, and technologies in areas such as:

• Media industry, covering areas like content platforms, ad tech, and rights management platforms

• Digital platforms and technologies

• Appreciation of emerging technology and trends in TMT with an understanding and knowledge of different players in the industry

• Strong proficiency in key day to day applications such as Microsoft Office, Jira and Confluence.

• Preferably you also have:

• Experience leading (consulting) bids, e.g. responding to RFI/RFP, and developing industry relationships.
