Our Supply Chain Transformation Technology & Transformation team - within our Supply Chain & Network Operations practice - work closely with clients to deliver future-fit Supply Chain Operations through creative and value adding work. We combine strategic thinking with hands-on practicality, to diagnose and solve our clients' most critical Supply Chain challenges. You will become a senior team member within our highly skilled Supply Chain Transformation team, working within a wider group of Technology & Transformation professionals of different nationalities and disciplines. You will be working with Life Sciences & Healthcare clients to deliver high profile, impactful, interesting and engaging projects.
Key features of your role:
- Shaping and delivering E2E Supply Chain Transformation Programmes. This will involve leading engagements which combine simultaneous process changes, technology implementations and associated organisational transitions
- Bringing the broad perspectives in E2E supply chains to provide leadership and coaching of the team, whilst enhancing our internal capabilities
- Development of external eminence and thought leadership materials for Deloitte, and representing our supply chain expertise at forums
- Managing diverse teams within an inclusive team culture where people are recognised for their contribution

Essential:
- Advisory or delivery experience in leading complex supply chain transformation programmes in the Life Sciences industry involving some of: supply chain planning processes, logistics and distribution, manufacturing, operating models and tech transfer
- Experiences and an established network in the Life Sciences & Healthcare industry
- Exposure and demonstrable knowledge of digital supply chain and supply chain technology softwares across the E2E supply chain - e.g. in Procurement, Manufacturing / Industry 4.0, Supply Chain Planning & Order Fulfilment
- Understanding of the project sales cycle, including structuring a programme with appropriate resources and cost modelling
- Demonstrable experience in managing senior supply chain client relationships and identifying, developing and bringing in business opportunities
- An understanding of risk, how to mitigate risk and protect the firm's reputation
- Prior experience in managing and developing strong teams
- Experienced in effective project management
- This position may involve travel, including working on client sites in international locations
Desirable:
- Supply Chain assessments and diagnostics
- Development of Supply Chain strategies
- Use of Generative AI and data analytics tools to support supply chain decision-making
