In the role you will lead from the front; Partnering with our clients to deliver impactful outcomes whilst simultaneously fostering the growth your team. You will be responsible and accountable for the successful implementation of the ServiceNow platform on complex and large-scale engagements.

Features of your role include:

  • Developing new business opportunities and expanding the firm's client base. Use your experience to identify potential clients, develop proposals, and participate in business development activities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients. Working closely in partnership with our clients to understand their aspirations, needs and provide solutions that meet their business objective and goals.
  • Lead project teams, responsible for ensuring that the project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the client's satisfaction
  • Manage the financials of the project ensuring that the project is profitable and that resources are allocated effectively.
  • Apply standard delivery models and form relationships across the global Firm and Global Delivery Network in order to leverage the best in bread delivery models
  • Provide thought leadership and expertise in ServiceNow, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and sharing your knowledge with clients and team members.
  • Provide guidance and support to team members and ensure that everyone is working towards the same goal.
  • Mentor and coach team members to help them develop their skills and advance their careers. They provide feedback and support to help team members achieve their goals.
  • Drive our ServiceNow business and practice development activities relating to our growing ServiceNow capability
  • Understand and contribute to the firm's commitment to creating a more inclusive environment

We are looking for individuals who are confident, experienced and team orientated whilst being able to bring their own experiences to strengthen our growing capability. Required experience

  • Demonstrable experience in leading complex ServiceNow transformation programmes within our Private sector industries, relating to ServiceNow, Enterprise service management and service operating models
  • Proven experience in the implementation of ServiceNow applications including but not limited to ITSM, HRSD, iRM, ITOM, and CSM
  • Demonstrate thought leadership in one or more areas across one or more of our sector industries;
  • Life Science & Health care (HCLS),
  • Consumer
  • Energy, Resource and Idustrial (ER&I) industries
  • Technology, Media and Telecommunications
  • Financial Services
  • Commercial awareness to manage effective client, supplier and partner relationships.
  • Understanding of the project sales cycle, including structuring a programme with appropriate resources and cost modelling
  • Understanding of Agile delivery methodologies.
  • Understanding of the ServiceNow platform and its applications
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast paced, challenging and varied environment.
  • Enthusiasm and passion for the delivery of market leading solutions that make a difference and for building the business and reputation of the practice

Desirable experience

  • Certified in Prince2 and/or Agile disciplines (or equivalent)
  • Certified in ITIL v3/4 Foundation or higher certifications. (or equivalent)
  • Certified ServiceNow System Administrator and Application Developer. (or equivalent)
  • Certified ServiceNow Implementation (or equivalent)
  • Certified Technology Architect or Master Architect (or equivalent)

You'll be based in one of our UK locations with hybrid working. Our hybrid model enables our people to collaborate, connect and innovate in both a virtual and physical capacity.
