We are searching for a skilled and motivated SAP Operate Architect to join our growing team. As a leader in this domain, you will play a key role in designing, implementing, and overseeing the operational and evolutionary elements aspects of managing our customer's SAP enterprise systems to embed competitive advantage. Your expertise in a broad range of SAP technologies, coupled with a deep understanding of ITIL processes and a passion for continuous improvement, will be crucial to ensuring the business value, customer satisfaction, stability, performance and security we provide.

In this role, you will:

• Work with a variety of Customers, positioning Deloitte as a leader in SAP Managed Services (Operate) exploring their needs and translating them into meaningful Operate Solutions for their critical SAP enterprise systems.
• Craft winning solutions that showcase Deloitte's Operate to Innovate capabilities:
  • Performance Optimisation: Proactively monitor and optimise SAP system performance across the product suite, identifying and resolving bottlenecks to ensure optimal system responsiveness and user experience.
  • Security and Compliance: Implement and maintain robust security measures and controls for the entire SAP environment, ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
  • Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify and implement improvements to operational processes, tools, and documentation, leveraging automation and best practices to enhance efficiency, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.
• Own the end-to-end solution design, from initial lead qualification resourcing and pricing models to crafting and quality assuring compelling, persuasive proposals.
• Make a tangible impact on customer success by designing and delivering world-class managed services solutions.
• Collaborate directly with Senior Leaders on complex, high-profile pursuits, gaining invaluable experience and accelerating your career growth. Constructing cross-functional pursuit teams, including SAP functional, infrastructure, and account team stakeholders, to ensure seamless operations and effective communication.
• You will identify and assess potential risk areas, collaborating with delivery teams and Risk SMEs to ensure solutions meet our rigorous quality assurance processes and any delivery risks are mitigated from the outset.
• Be part of the initial Run delivery team to mitigate transition risks and guarantee success
• Build and nurture strong relationships with our Industry, SAP and other Alliance partners - stay abreast of emerging SAP technologies and industry best practices, evaluating and recommending new solutions and approaches to enhance operational excellence.

• You're passionate about the power of technology and eager to leverage your expertise to drive real business outcomes for our customers.
• Proven ability to drive continuous improvement initiatives, with a strong understanding of automation and optimisation techniques.
• Broad experience with various SAP modules and products, demonstrating a strong understanding of the wider SAP Business Suite & ecosystem.
• Extensive experience with SAP operational tools and technologies, including SAP Cloud ALM, Signavio, Solution Manager, SAP HANA monitoring, and third-party monitoring tools.
• You're a natural collaborator, comfortable working with diverse teams across geographies and technical disciplines.
• You are a clear and confident communicator, able to articulate your vision and build consensus among stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of ITIL processes, particularly incident, problem, change, and configuration management.
• You understand the dynamics of a managed service environment, bringing experience with SLAs, service credits, ITIL principles, and other key operational aspects.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Be outcome-driven, balancing effort and benefits to meet objectives
• Work independently under tight deadlines, managing workload effectively
