You'll report directly into the Delivery Director and will be accountable for communicating and leading activities to discuss the progress, risks and issues associated to strategic programme execution. You will support strategic programmes of activity as and when needed in order to execute change when business needs arise. You will be a key initiator for the coordination of the wider outputs from the Plan Group and act as the front of house for meetings associated to these. Alongside this you will act as a key deputy for the Delivery Director.

Some of the great things you'll be doing:
• Forum Leadership: Take charge of supporting our broader delivery forums, such as MOF and QOF. Facilitate productive outcomes by addressing challenges, highlighting risks, and celebrating successes.
• Strategic Prioritisation: Lead prioritisation activities and resolve resource contentions, ensuring our teams can effectively deliver on the business strategy.
• First Line of Defence: Act as the first line of defence within the Plan Group, ensuring robust governance and risk management. To ensure that broader Programme management and governance are maintained appropriately, and the right risks and opportunities are surfaced.
• Governance Champion: Ensure the seamless adoption of governance processes related to key delivery activities across CTM. Track and communicate these processes to maintain high standards of accountability.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including Senior and Executive leaders. Understand the pulse of the business and align delivery support with our strategic objectives.
• Strategic Insight: Have a deep understanding of CtM's long-term strategy. Articulate business and customer outcomes to Experience teams, ensuring alignment and clarity.
• Progress Monitoring: Effectively monitor and communicate on progress against agreed outcomes, milestones, benefits, costs, and risks. Ensure transparency and accountability at every step.
• Programme Management: Has accountability for own programme, ensuring effective execution on time and cost.
• Programme Coordination: Ability to lead prioritisation of initiatives by partnering with cross-functional teams, Commercial Finance and the local team to recognise thematic risks and opportunities to combat these across the organisation.
