In this role you will Be:

• Developing and executing product strategies aligned with Herbalife's goals and objectives around the H24 and Sports nutrition range
• Identify current and future customer needs, preferences and trends in sports nutrition, including competitor analysis
• Leading the development of new products or enhancement to existing products in partnership with R&D, Scientific affairs, Supply chain, Pricing, Content, Distributor success and other teams
• Working closely with field teams and Distributors to identify key flow and DMOs that are generating sales, or product gaps to fit within flow and DMOs
• Partnering with the content, distributor success and field sales teams to deliver engaging content, collateral and relevant materials to support Distributors to position products to their customers and increase sales
• Managing the lifecycle of the H24 and sport nutrition range from new concepts through to launch, including pricing, campaigns, promotions and more
• Ensuring that all products comply with legal regulations and standards, including labelling requirements and scientific claims
• Collaborating with peers and colleagues in the sales, marketing, promotions, content, distributor success, operations, scientific affairs and other teams to align on product requirements and approach to achieve key objectives and briefs
• Engaging with Customers and Distributors to gather feedback, trial new products and gain insight to shape future developments
• Monitoring sales performance of the H24 and sports nutrition range, including budgeting, forecasting and highlighting opportunities for growth

Our requirements:

• Experience as a Senior Product Manager within Sports nutrition
• Experience of a European market within the Health, Wellness, Fitness, Nutrition sector
• Experience leading people and complex projects
• Experience of a business operating in multiple markets with nuances around culture, language, etc
• Experience working in a multi-level marketing / direct selling company
• Experience working with Distributors, Franchisees or Self-employed business owners
• Fast paced and proactive
