What will you be doing?

The Demand & Planning team is accountable for ensuring an accurate, single view of CBU demand and progress against the roadmap.

The Mobile Demand Planning Senior Manager will be accountable for all Mobile demand & planning. This will include prioritisation across the mobile roadmap, ensuring delivery of projects to time, cost and quality. This role will act as a key interface to the Strategic Execution Team (SET) processes, manage the governance of the roadmap and reporting to relevant stakeholders.

This role will ensure alignment between the Mobile stakeholders across the organisation (outside of Consumer) and ensure that portfolio interdependencies are tracked and managed. Working with non-tech stakeholders to ensure accurate planning & engagement, this role will act as a demand item owner through the product journey.

Key accountabilities:

  • Ownership & delivery of the mobile portfolio.
  • Manage & prioritise mobile portfolio, advocating in cross-portfolio sync.
  • Manage governance & cross-functional interfaces to ensure delivery & accurate reporting.
  • Drive strong collaboration with Mobile leadership team to ensure alignment with commercial & CX goals through delivery & trade-offs.

Who are we looking for?

You will have:

  • Excellent stakeholder management skills.
  • Expert knowledge of end-to-end delivery processes (SAFe).
  • In depth understanding of mobile products & programmes.
  • Experience in roadmap management & prioritisations.
