Senior Manager, Industry Analyst Relations

Were looking for a skilled and proactive Industry Analyst Relations Senior Manager to join our team in London. In this role, you will support the execution of strategic initiatives designed to build strong relationships with leading industry analysts, ensuring EPAM is accurately and positively represented in coverage and competitive rating reports. Working closely with the Analyst Relations (AR) team, you will manage key projects such as responding to competitive reports and enabling effective engagement with industry analysts. You will research analysts agenda pipelines to identify opportunities for alignment, maintain detailed interaction tracking, and craft leadership reports to showcase program impact.

Additionally, you will be responsible for amplifying the results of analyst relations efforts both within the organization and externally, leveraging internal communications and social media channels to highlight EPAMs strong market positioning and accomplishments.

Responsibilities

  • Develop internal communications/reports for leadership
  • Tracking of analyst research publication timelines and analyst firm event schedules on an ongoing basis
  • Facilitate the timely completion of all relevant analyst briefing and survey requests
  • Support the collaboration and communication of various internal entities including leadership from marketing, the business and growth & strategy to collaborate on report responses
  • Provide insight on what helps drive leadership positioning and differentiation from competitors
  • Lead process and communication for client reference vetting
  • Educate key analysts on EPAMs offerings across multiple markets and technology areas
  • Support in developing and executing a proactive industry analyst relations plan against agreed-to objectives (jointly by the global industry analyst relations director and the competency center & business managing directors)
  • Maintain appropriate data sharing with industry analysts in line with proper non-disclosure guidelines

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 6+ years experience in marketing or business development or analyst relations
  • Ability to work independently across multiple projects in a complex organization
  • Strong written and verbal executive communications skills
  • Extensive experience in analyst relations and related processes
  • Demonstrated leadership in professional setting
  • Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration in a professional setting
  • Hardworking individual who works well under pressure able to manage tight deadlines
  • Ability to work with colleagues in various time zones; travel nationally and internationally as required

Nice to have

  • Previous experience working with industry analysts in global industry firms (Gartner, Forrester, IDC)
