Job description
We are looking for a Senior Manager to join our Global Workforce Advisory team, which sits within our Global Mobility Services practice in London. This team helps organisations set up their global workforce/global mobility programmes and improve the way they operate, given the increasing complexity of the global workforce and the need for greater agility post-Covid. This part of our business is rapidly growing and the requirement is for an experienced and confident individual who can help shape the direction of travel and play a key role in supporting the development of the practice.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue business development opportunities through existing and target clients.
- Lead discussions with different organisations to understand their current global mobility/global workforce challenges and identify ways to support.
- Lead the delivery of proposals, including scope and pricing, and pitches.
- Lead the delivery of global mobility optimisation projects focused on policy, operating model, process and strategy.
- Support the wider Global Mobility Services practice on core services engagements (existing, new and targets) through delivering global workforce insights and workshops.
- Leading and facilitating client discussions and workshops.
- Write thought leadership articles and partner with our People and Change practice and external organisations on these.
- Promote our articles, blogs and thought leadership on LinkedIn and other relevant channels.

Experience and Background
- Experience delivering global mobility services (beyond technical tax/social security/payroll compliance) and/or global mobility optimisation projects (includes in house roles)
- Broader HR transformation skillset/experience may also be appropriate where there is no extensive experience of working in global mobility. Understanding of global mobility/workforce challenges in this case is important.
