Description
The Senior Manager Digital Operations is responsible for supporting best-in-class creative execution of campaigns across all digital platforms. In this role, you will drive SkyShowtime's end-to-end approach to creative asset utilisation, enhancing sophistication and efficiency. Your responsibilities will include streamlining and automating workflows for asset requests and deliveries, both internally and externally, and analysing the performance of digital creative assets to develop optimisation strategies and refine briefing processes. You will also manage a team of two Digital Marketing Coordinators, ensuring the accurate localisation of content and campaign plans for multiple European markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the creation, management, and timely delivery of digital creative assets.
- Support internal regional teams and media agencies with content needs, including day-to-day management and operations of creative tools such as Smartly etc.
- Implement process enhancements to streamline workflows, increasing operational efficiency both internally and externally - identifying where technology solutions can assist.
- Build and maintain strong, strategic relationships with external agencies and media partners, ensuring seamless collaboration and alignment with broader business goals.
- Analyse the performance of digital creative assets using both platform data and third-party technologies, deriving actionable insights to inform optimisation strategies and guide briefing requirements.
- Co-ordinate writing and approving digital-first copy and overviewing marketing materials to ensure that they adhere with relevant best practices
- Support digital creative testing to further drive marketing excellence and efficiency.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Experience in media operations, or related roles, ideally within high-impact industries such as streaming/entertainment or media agencies across multiple markets.
- Excellent communicator with a strong collaborative nature.
- Process-focused with strong attention to detail.
- Open, inclusive, and diverse - represent who the company is and the customer we serve.
- Experience leveraging Smartly or 3rd party creative automation tools would be beneficial.
- Fluency in English required; additional languages relevant to SkyShowtime markets are a plus.
